Gardening at Glengall Wharf Garden (UK)

Joined weekly gardening sessions at Glengall Wharf Garden, a community garden near Burgess Park. Participated in tasks such as planting, weeding, composting, caring for food-growing beds, maintaining forest garden elements, supporting the chickens and beehives, and helping with garden infrastructure and general upkeep.

Promoting Sicilian Culture – H3 (Italy)

Participated in hiking and outdoor activities to engage with rural communities while developing skills in teamwork, communication, and project documentation through travel diaries and workshops

Forest Educational Project – Pozitiva (Croatia)

Contributed to the construction of a forest recreational polygon and the design of interactive outdoor eco-educational activities aimed at promoting environmental awareness, biodiversity, and sustainable practices.

Protecting the Bodrog river – Zold Kor and Pet Kupa (Hungary)

Participated in PET Kupa, a large-scale river clean-up event where volunteers removed 12 tons of litter from the Danube and its banks in just one week, promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices.

House restoration – Dandelion (Italy)

Assisted a local couple in the restoration of their rural house and the development of an ecological homestead.

Engaged in dialogues and workshops aimed at fostering intercultural exchange, ecological responsibility, and personal growth, while developing skills in teamwork, communication, and sustainability advocacy.

Employability for refugees – N.E.S.T (UK)

Volunteered with N.E.S.T., assisting immigrants and refugees in preparing job applications, CVs, and university admissions documents to help them navigate the UK employment and education systems.

Volunteer at Star & Shadow Cinema (UK)

Gained experience in customer service, event coordination, team collaboration, and creative programming, while supporting a space that fosters accessibility, community arts, and alternative culture.
