Restoring natural sources of water – VUK (Croatia)

Crno Jezero, Croatia — May 2023 – June 2023

Participated in a two-week environmental project with Velebitska Udruga Kuterevo (VUK), focused on the coexistence of humans and wildlife. Contributed to the restoration of historical water sources for wildlife, as well as other tasks supporting the local ecosystem and community.

Gained hands-on experience in sustainable living practices, teamwork, and nature conservation, while learning about bear habitat protection and the cultural heritage of the Velebit region.
